We work with clients on a collaborative basis and would go through the following steps to ensure client expectations are not only met, but exceeded
- Initial discovery meeting to assess requirements (face-to-face or video call)
- Spoke925 confirm brief in writing
- Client approval of brief
- Spoke925 provide quote for approval (within 5 working days)
- Client approves quote
- Spoke925 produce jewellery mould (nominal charge) for initial feedback/approval
- Client feeds back on/approves jewellery mould
- Spoke925 produce sample for feedback/approval
- Client feeds back/approves sample
- Spoke925 manufactures jewellery (leadtime up to 5 weeks dependent on requirements)
