How do I become a Spoke925 customer?
To become a Spoke925 trade customer simply create an account with us here. All trade account requests are monitored and you will be emailed with login details on approval.
Can I buy from you if I am not a business owner?
We sell to trade customers only.
Does Spoke925 sell direct to consumer?
No, there is no retail element to Spoke925. We work strictly with trade only and provide our customers with non-branded sterling silver jewellery.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, our minimum order value is £100.
How do I order ring sizes?
When fulfilling ring orders we always send a selection of our most popular sizes. Should you have any specific ring size requests, simply let us know in the 'Order Comments' box at checkout.
Is your jewellery fashion or fine?
All our jewellery is crafted using only the best traditional techniques from 925 Sterling Silver, as well as 18kt gold plate and semi-precious stones guaranteeing demi-fine pieces that will stand the test of time. Selected items utilise faux stones but this is always detailed in the product description.
What do you charge for delivery?
Carriage is charged at £7.50 ex VAT for all mainland UK deliveries regardless of order value. Royal Mail standard charges apply for all International orders.
Do you offer drop shipping?
No I’m afraid we don’t offer drop shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders received pre 2pm from UK and Channel Island customers are despatched on a next working day service. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Exceptions to this can include bank holidays and orders placed outside of the UK.
What is your returns policy?
We only offer returns and refunds on the rare occasion that products are faulty or sent in error.
How do I make payment?
Payment is made via BACS, card payment over the phone and of course cheques.
